Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to do so. Please contact us to inform us of your decision. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Be sure to check all items upon receipt, as any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 8 working days. If an item is damaged, please send us a picture of the issue first. We will inspect the item, and if we confirm the damage or fault, we will issue a refund or replacement (if available). We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, so please read all care instructions on the product page and label.

 

Lastly, kindly repack your item carefully using the original packaging or a suitable alternative, as the goods remain your responsibility they reach us safely.
